CAMAD Missionary Training Center of El Salvador Project 7799 |
The Floor Plan 8,200 square feet. |
The Challenge
1) Estimated overall project construction cost: $300,000 2) Because of the site sitting on a land fill 110 pilot holes, 30 feet deep had to be dug and filled with concrete to give a firm foundation. This increased total cost by $30,000.00. 3) $8,000.00 had to be used for government approvals.
The Need
We urgently need 5 teams with $10,000.00 each and $80,000.00 in cash to complete phases one and two.
The Advantages/Uses of the CAMAD building
1) Location is convenient for the Central Bible Institute and the regional offices. It is in the hub of all national ministries. 2) Classrooms dedicated to missions training. 3) Auditorium will serve special missionary training events and daily Bible school chapel services where students will be challenged to reach the entire world. 4) Library for Bible Institute and missionary training. 5) Official headquarters of the Department of Foreign Missions of El Salvador. 6) Housing for visiting faculty for Missionary training seminars.
The Progress to Date:
Contribution of the National church and the Evangelistic Center $25,000.00 Offerings from US: $17,350.00 Trinity AG, Columbus GA: $ 9,500.00 Lufkin AG, Lufkin, TX $11,500.00 Leominister AG, Leominister, MA: $10,920.00 Calvary Temple, Modesto, CA $ 5,000.00
Total to date: $79,270.00
Special thanks to each team and donor and to our missionary colleagues, Joe Castleberry and Bob Lafon. |
